Caretaker Socks: Knitting Pattern PDF
While none of the stitches or techniques used in this knit sock pattern are overly difficult to understand, they can require a little patience and care. However, the attention to detail is well worth the effort.
These socks are worked from the toe up with an ornamental daisy stitch across the top of the foot and around the leg. Four point shaping is used at the toe. The heel is created with Japanese, or pinned, short rows. The socks are finished with a decorative picot hem.
This pattern is written in needle neutral terms and can be worked on dpns or with the magic loop method on long circular needles.
