Sea to Shining Sea Afghan - Crochet Pattern PDF
This crochet afghan pattern, inspired by the song "America the Beautiful" uses a stitch that resembles waves or sails and anchors, nautical either way. The blanket is worked with variegated yarn and I recommended using yarn from different dye lots.
The stitch pattern is fun for more advanced hookers, although the download includes a picture tutorial of the stitches for intermediate hookers interested in learning something new.
In case you were wondering, this is quite possibly, my favorite crochet afghan that I have EVER stitched or designed.
This pattern uses US crochet terminology and abbreviations.
