Copyright + Use
The written content and photography on our website is copyrighted and may not be used without our written consent.
Pattern design is our livelihood and all of our patterns are copyrighted. Patterns are for individual, personal, non-commercial use only. No portion of our patterns may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, mechanical, electronic, photocopying or otherwise without the designer's written permission.
Downloads/Order History
When you purchase a pattern, you will receive a link to download your pattern in three places:
1. After checkout - A DOWNLOAD button will pop up on the screen as soon as your order is complete.
2. Via email - You will receive an order confirmation from Payhip (our service provider) with the subject line "Thank you for your purchase!" This messae includes your download link. If it is not in your email inbox within moments of purchase, check your junk or spam folder.
3. Your Customer Account - Login to your pattern shop account to see which patterns you have purchased since April 1, 2025 and download the pattern files.
Unfortunately, download links for patterns purchased before April 1, 2025, are no longer active. Contact us and we will send you a coupon code to "purchase" a free replacement copy of the pattern. (It is helpful if you include your name, the name of the pattern you previously purchased in your message.)
Coupon Codes
We occasionally treat our e-newsletter subscribers with discount codes. Usually only one discount code may be used per purchase.
Device Support
We are unable to provide device support for downloading, accessing, viewing or printing your .pdf pattern files. However, if you are having download difficulties, please contact us with your name and order number and we will get you stitching as soon as possible by sending your pattern via email.
Errata + Updates
We occasionally update individual patterns with simplified formatting, additional instructions and errata. Update notifications are automatically emailed to customers.
Also, if there is pattern errata, it is noted on our product pages.
Pattern Support
We are continually creating instructional videos explaining many different knitting techniques Watch our lessons:

- Advertisement-Free - with the purchase of a pattern-related video course
If you have a quick question or need additional clarification on the terminology or a technique used in one of our patterns, you may contact us.
We are occasionally able to provide more extensive, personalized knitting support, but this service is provided for an additional fee. If you would like to inquire about teaching rates or schedule a video chat appointment, contact us.
Privacy + Payments
We hate spam and trackers just as much as you. We DO NOT use creepy tracking, like Google Analytics, or targeted advertising. You will not be added to our email list unless you choose to subscribe. We will never sell your information to a third party.
We use Payhip to power our online store and securely process payments. As a seller, we never have access to your credit card information. You can read more about how Payhip uses your Personal Information here, https://payhip.com/privacy.
Your personal information (such as name, physical address, email address and record of products purchased) is only used to process orders, communicate with you about your order and screen for fraud. We may use the device information (such as IP address, browsing history, search history, information on our users’ interactions with the site) to help us screen for potential risk and fraud and more generally to improve and optimize our shop.
We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Refunds
No refunds are available for courses.
No refunds are available for digital goods after the file has been downloaded. However, if you accidentally purchase multiple copies of the same pattern, please contact us. We try to review every order for this type of error and will refund the overage as soon as we become aware of the problem.
Wholesale
Would you like to use one of our patterns for resale in a kit or as a class or stitch along? We accept wholesale pattern orders from Local Yarn Stores and other businesses in the fiber/textile industry. Please contact us for more information on wholesale rates and payment options.
