DESCRIPTION
Knitting a true Möbius is a mind blowing experience. This shawl has only one side, the right side, only one edge, the bound off edge, and there is a pretty half twist. All of the magic happens at the cast on, which is at the center around the shawl's circumference.
This shawl is knit in the round on 60 inch long circular needles. It has a simple repeated, 12 stitch pattern that creates mirrored diagonal stripes. The stitch pattern has both charted and written instructions.
This pattern includes a photo tutorial demonstrating how to do the Möbius cast on.

My Process
My patterns are designed, not just written down, because I want your project to be a success!
Before knitting begins, I sketch ideas, test yarns, stitch swatches, create charts, do math and consider a variety of skills and construction methods. Each pattern uses standard knitting terminology and notations, is edited for technical accuracy and has a logical, easy-to-read format.
I do the work so you can relax and enjoy the knitting.
